Paisa Platter lover, when he’s not ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, Oscar is either dancing to salsa, playing soccer, or rising at 3:45 AM to hit the gym.

Director of Finance

Elixiem believes that what you do matters—and he brings that mindset to every detail in his work as a hotel finance professional. With a love for precision and purpose (his dream job is actually being a postman!), he’s as dedicated in spreadsheets as he is on the trails. Outside of work, you’ll find him hiking with his wife across the Catskills, the Appalachian Trail, or even the Dolomites.

Director of Operations

Javier has almost 20 years of experience in the sector and thrives in an environment where he can build long lasting relationships with clients and coworkers. He studied engineering and brings his inventive and analytical skills to Windrose operations, helping to design and implement systems that make meeting and event planning a success. Javier loves few things in life as much as his children, soccer and Columbian food.

Debbra Lafaro

Director of Human Resources

Debra has been working in the Human Resources field for 37 years. She began her career as an admin and worked her way up to Director of Human Recources for Windrose on Hudson. When Debra is not at work – she loves to spend time with family, friends, her dogs and traveling. She also enjoys going out to dinner and movie with friends.
