Package Includes: all meals, beverages, breaks, cocktail receptions, open bars Sunday through Wednesday, and access to all on-site property amenities (including bike rentals, early check in, and late check out). This will allow attendee guest to join for all food and beverage functions as well as provide access to all on-site property amenities for the length of stay. Pricing is for one person per day, additional guests will incur an extra charge.

Commuter Fee: Since meals are included in the hotel room rate, convention guests who are not staying at the property are required to pay a commuter fee of $450. This fee includes: all meals, beverages, breaks, cocktail receptions, open bars, and access to all on-site property amenities on Monday and Tuesday.

Additional Guests in shared room: Meals are included in the hotel room rate for one person per room. Additional guests are required to pay a commuter fee of $450. This fee includes: all meals, beverages, breaks, cocktail receptions, open bars, and access to all on-site property amenities during the length of your stay.
